✅ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A valid proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Items damaged due to incorrect usage or improper installation

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Electrical components (unless defective on arrival)

🔁 Replacement

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.


💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.


📦 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
